Rob McMahon, President/CEO
Rob is a 35-year foundry professional with BS Degrees in Operations Management and Marketing from the University of Alabama and dual MBAs in Finance and Business Administration from AIU. He has managed both domestic and globally situated Foundries.
Rob is originally from Sylacauga, Alabama, but lived in numerous states as he worked on developing his career path.
Rob has been leading Great Lakes Castings since early 2023. His career goals are to help GLC to continue to grow and situate itself for decades of success and help build a successful legacy for the entire team.
He is very proud of having helped many others recognize their worth and grow into successful professionals.
Rob loves golf, college football and travel.
FUN FACT: Rob has spent a few years writing and singing in Nashville.
Steve Case, Chief Financial Officer
As the CFO at Great Lakes Castings, LLC, Steve Case has led the Finance department since mid-2024. Which comprises of General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and IT. Steve has more than 20 years financial leadership as well as over five years in operational leadership, he holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI. He is a results-oriented executive with a demonstrated history of cultivating robust partnerships with clients, executives and suppliers across diverse sectors, including Automotive, Consumer Products, Food and Transportation. His expertise includes revitalizing organizations by instituting strategic structural processes to boost profitability and mitigating inefficiencies.
FUN FACT: Outside of leading the Finance department at Great Lakes Castings, LLC, Steve enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outside biking, hiking, playing golf and enjoying a cherished cup of coffee.
Matt Brower, Operations Director
Matt grew up in Spring Lake, MI and worked the first part of his career as a pattern maker. While working full-time in the trades he attended Grand Valley State University studying mechanical engineering. After college Matt spent about 15 years living in Pennsylvania and North Carolina working for several iron foundries as an Engineering and Quality Manager. In early 2021 Matt and his family moved back to West Michigan for the cooler climate, to be closer to family and for a great opportunity to work for GLC!
FUN FACT: Matt enjoys the outdoors, woodworking and learning history.
Jeffrey Miller, Director of Sales & Marketing
Jeff is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and began his manufacturing career at a young age during his college years prompting his interest for the technical sales side of his endeavors. Jeff joined the GLC team in April of 2024 and is thrilled about the opportunities ahead.
Over 30 years of experience in industrial sales has provided Jeff with an understanding of an array of processes such as casting (green sand, HPDC and investment), machining, PM and stamping.
The aspect of learning, leading sales teams, and the prospect of a growing business is Jeff’s passion and what drives him to succeed.
FUN FACT: A native of Ohio, Jeff enjoys time with family and friends, golfing, mountain biking and sports related activities.
